What will you do if you find the password is not valid?
1) The ID of our Multi-Di@g Access J2534 is begining with "19", and ends up with "SKL", and the format is like "19-99119BC1SKL". If your ID is not like this, or ends up with "CVD", the problem is that you do not fill the number 070026 in your VCI. Please fill the number 070026 to your VCI and get the right ID. Then send the ID to us, we will resend the activation code.
How to solve the problem that "VCI NO FOUND" for Multi-Di@g Access J2534?
Recently several customer reflect that when they use this tool, their computer cannot recognise the VCI. What caused this problem and how to solve it?
For this problem, mainly because the USB cable. We check the package that customer send back to us and find there is no problem in the main umit. At last the problem exists in the USB cable. The USB cable is connected loosely and result in the VCI cannot be recognised by computer. Please try to connectly the cable tightly, or use another USB cable to connect the computer. Or use the COM cable in the package to as a subsitate to connect the computer.

During installation, when Multi-Di@g configuration window appears, you should set
Communication interface to USB and set VCI serial number to A070026:
After installation, MultiDiag shows message asking to get activation code:
Press green button and you will see window asking for code. Please contact us with the code (18-...)
we will send you back the correct password to enter:
During the diagnostic with the device connected, warning about 0 days left will appear. Just check
the mark "Do not display this message again" and continue the work, everything will be working
