Q:I tried to install V122 which was also included in the package and everything went ok with the installation,but in the end when I run the VAS-PC v122 it is telling me that the software license is expired and it is asking me for a valid user name and password.
A: Please ignore it, it has no influence on usage.

A: There is the software installation CD in the package, you can follow the video to install the software. And we attached the video on our website too.
Q: When i install the software i choose English, but now i need to change the English to French, how to do that?
A: Sorry to tell you that software cannot be changed after you install the software ready. When you install the software, choose the software you needs. If you want to change the software after you install it ready, then uninstall the software, reinstall the software again. Choose french language for this time. Then you will get french language software.
Q: Can i use your Renault can clip to program keys?
A: No. Main function for clip is diagnose. It does not support key programming function.
Q: Could your clip analyze and test the status of Renault Megane II after 2003, what about test the switch of electric windows?
A: Yes. This can clip support that.
Q: Does this clip has any requirement for software installation?
A: You can see the video. Follow our video to do. No much other requirement. Only work on XP system.
